| High | 2009-06-26 | Percussion Camp & Senior Retreat were a HUGE success!!!! This past Tuesday, the seniors, Rufus Woodard, and Mr. Grieves went on a camping trip to train the students how to become effective leaders in the band and throughout life. They learned a lot and are ready to lead this band to many great experiences. I want to thank Mr. Woodard for all the help and for keeping me comfortable in his camper! :) Also, this past week our percussionists had a very hard, productive camp. I promise that everyone will be impressed with our battery and front ensemble this year!!! Please join me in thanking Mr. and Mrs. Barnett for providing the kids with water and healthy lunches everyday!! This was a huge contribution. Again, this year will be a very productive and positive year and it's because of your efforts!!! |
